Nōmilu Community Restoration Day

Date: Saturday, June 13th, 2026, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Onōmilu invites our community to help nurture Nōmilu Lua Pele—a modern-day mini ahupuaʻa where land and sea provide food, shelter, and refuge. In the spirit of "leading by words and deeds," we will engage in the vital work of restoring this culturally significant space.

Volunteers will assist with clearing invasive plants, maintaining ʻauwai (water channels), and supporting restoration of native ecosystems. This is both hands-on work and a cultural learning experience rooted in mālama ʻāina.
